    My brother-in-law has a trailer in Maple Grove Trailer Park. Unfortunately my brother-in-law passed away May 7, 2017. My wife was appointed the executor of his estate. We travelled to the trailer park on May 27 to try and sort things out with the owners about seasonal fees due on May 15, 2017. We were told that we could visit the trailer and retrieve his personal belongings but we would have to pay the fees immediately before leaving or they wanted the trailer signed over to them. My wife and I live 3 hours away. Before we left we talked to some other campers and told them they could have the contents and share them with other campers in the park, we gave his bikes away to some of the children in the park. Leaving the park we were basically forced to sign over the trail. The owner asked for the keys and I told them I left them with the neighbor and that we signed the contents over to the neighbor. The owner told me I could not sign over the contents, I told her to read the agreement we signed and it states trailer only. After we left she had a worker go and padlock the trailer. I contacted the police the next day and they told me I could make another trip back and they would get me into the park for the contents or give them away but was it really worth it. All I can say, is I believe in KARMA.
